Dries to a flat white film that can be topcoated with any latex, alkyd, or oil paint. Helps prevent cedar and redwood bleed through. Can be tinted. Clean up with mineral spirits/paint thinner. Approximately covers 300 to 400 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Meets VOC regulations in some areas.
