It also prevents fuel deterioration, which generally begins to break down after 60 days. It's highly effective in all gasoline, including ethanol and non-ethanol blended fuels. It prevents the formation of gum and varnish, protects against corrosion and rust, and protects the fuel system during storage, by keeping the carburetor, fuel injectors, and fuel line clean. This product is great for bulk gas storage, collector cars, small engines, generators, and boats. The twin-neck bottle makes it easy to use and dispense in both large and small amounts. Simply add one ounce of additive per 2-1/2 Gal. of fuel. Use Sta-Bil Storage Fuel Stabilizer at the pump, or while your fuel is still fresh.
