Its outside flanges offer the flexibility of attaching to the concrete before or after the pergola is finished. These bases easily install on posts with Outdoor Accents color-matched connector screws and secure to the concrete with black Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo concrete and masonry screw anchors (screws and anchors included).
