With incredible 8-in-1 cooking versatility, the Pit Boss 850G allows you to smoke, bake, braise, roast, grill, barbecue, char-grill, and sear - all in 1 machine. Using the innovative Flame Broiler Lever, you can achieve instant direct or indirect heat. The digital control board and stainless-steel meat probes allow you to track temperatures so you can set it and forget it. Additional features of the Pit Boss 850G Navigator Series include Dial-in digital control with LED read-out and WiFi + Bluetooth capability, a custom-fitting PB850G grill cover for heavy-duty full-length coverage, a large hopper capacity, large pellet view window, pellet door cleanout, high-temperature powder coat finish, locking caster wheels and the Pit Boss best-in-class 5-year warranty. Cooking temperature range: 180 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn up the heat with the Flame Broiler Lever which allows for direct flame searing up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes 2 cooking grids made from porcelain-coated cast iron, 2 meat probe ports which allow you to optimize temperature, and 1 meat probe. The solid side shelf features more prep space and built in tool hooks, while the front folding shelf gives you the option for additional space. The grease management system consists of a simple steel bucket. Just replace the foil liner for easy clean up. Fueled by 100% hardwood pellets. Always get an even cook with fan-forced convection cooking and consistent indirect heat.
