Infrared thermometer measures temperature without contacting objects surface, providing fast and easy results in seconds. Laser pointer guide increases the accuracy of thermal measurement results, displayed for easy viewing on a backlit LCD (liquid crystal display) visible in low light applications. Upgraded spot ratio, temperature range, adjustable emissivity, and quicker response time. Features an ergonomic grip and Fahrenheit & Celsius measurements. The D:S ratio, or distance to spot ratio, is used to state the distance that the test unit should be from the target in order to measure a 1 foot diameter section. Minimum/maximum function will hold either min or max reading on the display. Auto off function saves battery life and a low battery indicator eliminates inaccurate readings due to a low battery. Lifetime warranty. This instrument is to be used only in its intended applications or conditions. It is not a medical-grade instrument.
