What’s your go-to productivity trick? I would say writing things down, from a to-do list to meeting notes. I’ve learned not to depend on my memory anymore!
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from? “Treat people the way you want to be treated” was the best advice my parents gave me.
Did you make a New Year’s resolution? If so, what was it and have you stuck to it so far? No! I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions because I know I probably won’t stick to them.
How do you like your coffee?I don’t start my day without a cup of Peet’s Major Dickason’s with a teaspoon of agave sweetener.
As a sales person, what is your category of product expertise and why?Cleaning and Breakroom. For the last two years, I have had to become an expert on everything PPE and cleaning related. I love being a breakroom expert, because it involves the joy of coffee.
If you could be an office supply item, which one would you be and why? A Post-It because everyone loves Post-Its!
Do you have any vacation or travel plans for 2022 I love to travel and COVID has really put a damper on that. This year I’m starting small and going to Las Vegas for a long weekend in March. After that, hopefully a nice beach vacation in the Caribbean.
Do you have a secret talent or favorite weekend hobby you can share? No secret talents. My favorite weekend activity is riding my bike on the Bay Trail in different cities around the Bay. During the fall, it’s all about football, Cal Golden Bears on Saturday and the Raiders on Sunday!
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day? A quick work out then a glass of wine, dinner, and a good book or bingeable TV show.
If you could trade places for one workday with any living person, who would it be and why? I would have to say Oprah Winfrey. I was a Mass Communications major in college, so I would enjoy interviewing interesting people. Mostly, however, I would like to do the philanthropic work that Oprah does with the resources that she has.
