It is chemically inactive, BPA free, and phthalate free. The plastic is colorized with ultra violet additives (also chemically inert) to prevent long term degradation in direct sunlight. Mulch cover retains water and protects from drought. Contains: mulch cover, water fill tube, aeration screen, grow box, and casters.
