The ratchet is 8 inches long and has a low profile head and works with any 3/8 in. drive sockets. The easily switched lever changes the ratchet's function between loosening and tightening, while the button above will quick-release the socket to swap it out for another size. Superior performance comes from its 72-tooth, 5-degree swing. The sockets themselves are 6-point standard, each having a textured band which provides superior grip so they won't slip out of your hands. They're also color-coded to easily identify the system: red for imperial, which are measured in fractions of an inch, and blue for metric, measured in millimeters. Nine sockets from each system are included, giving you a total of 18 size choices. The set also includes a handy 6-inch extender, which allows you to reach further and get into tighter spaces.
